New User Registration and Online Training:
First time efilers must electronically register for CM/ECF training in this district via the court’s website, and complete the designated training requirements. The online CM/ECF training program (eTraining) consists of a series of Electronic Learning Modules called ELMs which focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy case filing. This training program is the prerequisite required to qualify for electronic filing privileges in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. The training program provides immediate, 24-hour access from your office or home computer and can be completed in a single sitting or over several days.
These ELMs can also be used as a resource for refresher training or training new employees. Simply sign-up online and watch the ELMs.

Please note: Attorney filers who are registering for electronic access must first complete the Attorney Admissions process through the District Court. For more information, click here.
