On July 12, 2021, this court entered a second amended order on continued operations during the COVID-19 national emergency. On April 10, 2023, the President signed into law H.J.Res. 7, which terminated the national emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, this court’s second amended order on continued operations during the COVID-19 national emergency is VACATED, effective immediately.
