The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin is excited to announce the 2020 Supreme Court Bankruptcy Cases Review Lou Jones program for Friday, December 18, 2020 at noon via Zoom.
Regular presenter, Tom Shriner from Foley & Lardner, and first-time presenter of the review, Frank DiCastri from Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, have kindly agreed to provide a thoughtful analysis of recent bankruptcy-related decisions from both the U.S. Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Unlike previous Lou Jones gatherings, there will be no opportunity to attend the presentation in-person or view it at one of the usual remote locations. But anyone who can use Zoom will be able to attend the presentation.
