Pursuant to 28 U.S. C. § 2077, the Chief Judge appointed a Local Bankruptcy Court Rules and Procedures Review Committee to study the Court's local rules and to propose amendments to them. Pursuant to 28 U.S. C. § 2071, the Court welcomes public comments regarding these proposed changes. Written comments should be posted on the Bankruptcy Insolvency and Creditor's Rights (BICR) listserv. This allows comments to be viewed by all practitioners as well as members of the local rules committee.

The public is invited to appear and comment at a hearing on the proposed changes to the local rules. Speakers may be subject to a time limitation.
