The Treasury has notified the court that it will be testing its Pay.gov contingency site on Saturday, March 3, 2012, between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM.  Pay.gov will be able to process transactions normally after this planned outage. If you experience any problems with Pay.gov after the planned outages, please contact the court at 414.301.1766.

Notice of Change in Adversary Proceeding Summons Distribution:  Effective immediately, if an adversary proceeding is filed electronically, the Judges' chambers will no longer mail an informational memo and paper summons to the plaintiff’s counsel for service. An electronic copy of the Summons and optional Certificate of Service will be docketed and served electronically on the plaintiff’s counsel. The “Summons Issued” docket entry will include text to note the plaintiff’s obligation to make service. To confirm service you may complete and file the Certificate issued with the Summons, use your own form, or use the fillable .pdf form on this website under Bankruptcy Forms “Local Forms.” Should you have any questions regarding the procedure, please call the respective Judge's chambers.  The Judge's chambers can be reached as follows:
