Our website will be unavailable on Thursday, June 2 beginning at 7:00 a.m. until approximately 10:00 a.m. At 10:00 a.m., our new website will be up and running at the same web address, www.wieb.uscourts.gov. The new website will display the Judges' calendars two weeks out rather than one week, and we have a new "Calendar Lookup" feature where you can search the calendar by case number or by debtor's name. If you have bookmarked specific information from our current website, you will need to recreate those bookmarks sometime after next Thursday.

CM/ECF

Effective January 1, 2008, attorneys will no longer have the option of filing paper documents with the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Electronic filing will be required for all petitions, pleadings, orders, correspondence and documents of any kind filed with the Bankruptcy Court by both debtors' attorneys and creditors' attorneys.

To enhance the registration process for new electronic filers, the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office has added an online submission process.  To register for an electronic filing account on this Court’s Electronic Case Filing System (CM-ECF), please click here.
